Job Description:

• Doing assessment of plantation involve aspect of plant condition, plantation operational, administrative & technical work. Determining the best material and product (fertilizer, seeds, pesticide, etc.) to use at a specific plantation. Studying soil, PH, topography, climate, irrigation, and wildlife for a specific plantation
• Monitor the presence of weed, insects, disease, nutritional issues, and another other negative conditions at a plantation. Making production projections for 1 cycle plantation based on assessment result in the field. Making projection of rehabilitation costs (involve manpower and material cost) based on assessment result infield
• Seeing and mapping current plantation operational processing, cultivation, harvesting techniques. Seeing and mapping current plantation administration processing. Giving improvement assessment based on mapping current process of plantation operational result and making plantation assessment report and its improvement assessment
• Making and setting standard operation of company based on assessment result in the field and able to set working norms and standardize work and ability to interact with suppliers, applicators, and laboratories

 Requirements:

• Male preferred (Age max. 35 years old) with 5 years xperiences in plantation industry as an Assistant Agronomy, Afdelling Assistant, Agronomy Function, Audit Agronomy or Head Assistant
• Minimum bachelor degree in Agronomy, Geology, Agricultural Product Technology (with GPA 3.30 min)
• Easily to adopt, accurate, able to work in team, high motivation, able to work under pressure & honest
• Willing to do business travel outside and ability to give presentations

Knowledge Skills:

• Experience in crops palm oil, rubber, sugar, coconut, or pineapple will be preferred
• Master in processing agronomy audit is preferable
• Master in MS Excel, MS Word, Power Point and able to operate GPS Garmin
